No Excuses Summit Tickets:

If you attend the event and by Saturday, May 18th, 2013, before 4pm PST, you are not completely satisfied with the event, simply let the people at our registration table know and we'll refund your ticket purchase on the spot. You MUST be present at the event location at registration table at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas to request a refund before 4pm PST.

So if you sit through Friday and Saturday, and you decide this event is not for you, request a refund by 4pm on Saturday at the event and we'll give it to you - no questions asked!

Due to the hard costs associated with accomodating event attendees, no refunds will be granted after April 5th for "pre-sale" tickets. Refunds requests after April 5th, 2013 must be done onsite at the registration desk for the No Excuses Summit event at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas only. (i.e. you must be at the event to request a refund)

For tickets purchased on March 28th or after, no refunds will be granted after April 19th. Refund requests after April 19th, 2013 must be done on site at the registration desk for the No Excuses Summit event at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas only. (i.e. you must be at the event to request a refund)

Otherwise, no refunds will be granted.

No Excuses VIP Passes:

If you purchase a VIP Pass to No Excuses Summit, but decide you don't want it anymore, you must request a refund by April 5th, 2013 11:59pm PST. No refunds will be given on 'VIP Passes' after April 5th, 2013. No exceptions.

However, credit may be transferred towards the purchase of No Excuses Summit Recordings and other products or events sold by No Excuses Summit DBA.

No Excuses Summit Event Recordings:

You have 30 days (upon receiving access to the recordings) to decide if the recordings are for you. If you decide that the recordings are not for you within those 30 days, please first email our support at:

In the subject of the email, put “Refund request for [[[your name]]]”.  We will then issue a full refund assuming the email was sent within the 30 day limit.

No Excuses Summit Live Stream:

No refunds on the Live Streaming.

No Excuses 6-Figure Workshop (Marketing Mastermind Workshop):

You must apply to qualify. You must have flexible schedule during the weekend of the workshop to travel to the workshop location, for the weekend.

Upon your application being accepted, we will contact you to make payment arrangements. Your first payment must be received within 1 week of acceptance. Failure to meet this payment date may result in forfeiting your spot in the workshop to someone on the waiting list. No spots will be reserved until your first payment has been made. Special payment arrangements, to avoid losing your spot can be arranged for those that need it, by request only.

If you cannot attend - due to schedule changes/conflicts - or if your application is not accepted, you will be COMPLETELY REFUNDED your tuition payment within 3 weeks of the workshop weekend.

Requests for Refunds Must Be Made 3 weeks prior to the workshop dates. No Refunds Will Not Be Granted After this deadline.

"No Excuses Inner Circle" Consulting Package

No refunds on the No Excuses Inner Circle Consulting Packages will be granted.

No Excuses Sponsorship Packages

No refunds on the No Excuses Sponsorship Packages will be granted. All sales final.
